If you have been involved in a traffic accident, in the event of injury to health or property with an objective amount exceeding CZK 100,000, contact the Police of the Czech Republic.
If the victim is present at the scene of the accident, write an accident report:

Accident reporting needs to be done by our company directly and can not be done by the customer. In order to successfully report an accident, we need a:
- Photo of your driving licence
- Photo of your ID card
- Accident report from the Police of the Czech Republic (if they investigated the accident)
- Telephone contacts for all parties involved in the accident
- Green card number
- Description of the plot/ how the accident occurred
- Photo from the accident scene
